This page sets out the terms that govern your use of the Cabin Funders website (cabinfunders.co.nz) and our online services. The contractual terms that apply to a Cabin Funders loan are set out separately in your Loan Terms and Conditions and Initial Disclosure Statement, which you receive before you sign a loan contract.

By accessing and using the Cabin Funders website and online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Cabin Funders

Cabin Funders is the trading name of JFK Capital Limited. We are registered as a Financial Service Provider under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. Our FSP number is FSP1010017. We are a member of Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL), our external dispute resolution scheme.

Use of website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• infringe the rights of any other person or entity
• restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website
• interfere with, damage or attempt to disrupt the website
• transmit any harmful code, malware, or unsolicited communications
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or related infrastructure

Loan applications

When you submit a loan application through Cabin Funders you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you are a New Zealand resident, citizen, or hold a valid long-term work visa
• the information you provide is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• you authorise us to conduct credit, identity and anti-money-laundering verification checks
• you understand approval is subject to our lending criteria and our responsible-lending obligations under the CCCFA
• any loan offer we make is non-binding until you sign the loan contract

Calculator and indicative figures

The loan calculator and any indicative rates, fees or repayment figures shown on our website are estimates only. They are based on placeholder assumptions and the indicative inputs you provide. Your actual loan terms, rates, fees and repayments are set out in your loan contract and may differ from any estimate shown on the website.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, code and software, is the property of JFK Capital Limited or our licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written permission, other than ordinary browsing and printing for personal, non-commercial use.
